Walk-in fridge running hot. Heavily contaminated condenser coil and seized condenser fan motor. Stripped, pressure-washed, fan freed and tested back to operation. Recurring fault documented: condenser sited with restricted airflow; relocation recommended.
Two Follett ice machines down. Diagnosed faulty inlet solenoid valve on one and faulty plug timer on the other. Bypassed the timer to restore the second machine on the day; parts ordered for the solenoid valve.
Kitchen refrigeration unit not operating correctly. Contamination cleaned off the condenser coil and internal sections. Diagnosed condenser fan motor failure as the underlying fault. Replacement fan assembly ordered.

A previous contractor had wired a commercial heater unit into domestic-grade sockets, leading to cycling and slow connection wear. Replaced with heavy-duty commercial sockets and plug, heater amp readings verified. Separate blast chiller condensate pump fault flagged.
Return visit to fit a replacement condensate pump on a blast chiller. Kinked condensate hose identified downstream as a root-cause risk; additional waste-pipe support added to prevent recurrence. Pump and drainage tested through a full cycle.
Hot water cylinder not regulating. Faulty fused spurs replaced, undersized cabling upgraded to current BS 7671 standard, new thermostat fitted. Full electrical testing and certification.
