For one-off AC install surveys we ask £150 + VAT, refunded when you go ahead with the install. For service calls (boiler not firing, refrigeration not holding temp) we quote a fixed callout that's logged transparently before we travel.
The 24/7 line is for emergencies: equipment down, suspected gas leak, refrigerant escape, walk-in chiller failure at risk of stock loss. We'll always pick up. For non-emergency work please use the office line during office hours; out-of-hours non-emergency enquiries roll over to a callback in the morning.
Twickenham and west London is the home patch. We routinely work across all of London, north Surrey, west Kent and parts of Essex. For multi-site PPM contracts we travel further on a contract-by-contract basis.

One-off jobs under £500: card on completion. Jobs £500-£5,000: 50% deposit, balance on completion. Multi-site contract work: 30-day terms against signed PPM agreement, monthly invoicing. We accept BACS, card and cheque. No card-not-present surcharges.
