The short version

This site does not set any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or any equivalent tracking technology.

The only data the site stores locally is what your browser sets by default to make the site work (session and security state).

Third-party services we use

WhatsApp. If you click the WhatsApp button you'll be taken to the WhatsApp web or app interface. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies once you leave our site.
Google Fonts. Some pages load typefaces from Google's font CDN. Google may log the IP address of the request as part of standard web-server logging. We do not pass any identifying information.
External maps and verification services. If you click verification links (Gas Safe Register, REFCOM, Companies House), those services' own policies apply.

If we add analytics in future

If we add visitor analytics in future (likely a privacy-respecting service such as Plausible or Fathom that does not use cookies or collect personal data), this policy will be updated and a consent banner will be added if and only if it's required.

Your control

You can clear, block or disable cookies in your browser settings. Because we don't rely on cookies for site functionality, blocking them will not break the site.
