Gas Safe boiler service, repair and replacement for Richmond homes and landlords across TW9 and TW10, from Kew and North Sheen up to Richmond Hill and Ham. Listed-building and conservation-area flue work, combi conversions, CP12 certificates and full replacements. 24/7 emergency line.
We've serviced and replaced boilers across TW9 and TW10 for over a decade, from the terraces around the station to the big houses on the Hill. A few things specific to Richmond:

Every job is quoted on a survey, but here's the honest ballpark for TW9 / TW10 homes.
| Job | Typical scope | Indicative price |
|---|---|---|
| Annual boiler service | Full service + safety checks | £95–£140 |
| Landlord CP12 certificate | Single-appliance rental property | from £90 |
| Breakdown diagnosis + repair | Common ignition / fan / PCB faults | from £120 |
| Power flush | System clean, cold-spot radiators | £400–£700 |
| Combi replacement (like-for-like) | One-day swap, Kew / North Sheen terraces | £2,200–£3,200 |
| System boiler + unvented cylinder | Larger Richmond Hill homes, 2+ baths | £3,500–£5,500 |
Prices exclude VAT and are indicative. Final price is confirmed on survey.
All the common ones: Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Potterton, Glow-worm, Viessmann and Remeha. Annual service typically £95-£140 + VAT depending on boiler age and access. We carry the common ignition, fan and PCB parts on the van so most breakdowns are fixed first visit.
Yes, but flue routing needs care. Richmond has a lot of listed and conservation-area stock (Richmond Green, Maids of Honour Row, Richmond Hill, the riverside), where a flue can't just go through the front elevation. We survey the property, work out a compliant flue route, and flag anything that needs listed-building consent before we start. It's the sort of job most one-van installers avoid.
Very common in Richmond's Victorian and Edwardian terraces around North Sheen and Kew. If it's just one bathroom and moderate hot-water demand, a combi conversion frees up the airing cupboard and cuts standing losses. For larger Richmond Hill houses with two or more bathrooms, a modern system boiler with an unvented cylinder (or a heat pump) is usually the better call. We size it on the property, not a rule of thumb.
Yes. Plenty of TW9 stock near the station and the Green is let, and we issue CP12 landlord Gas Safety Records routinely, usually bundled with the annual service on one visit. Paperwork emailed the same day. From £90 + VAT for a single-appliance property.
Often, yes. The bigger detached and semi-detached homes up Richmond Hill and toward Ham have the space and the heat demand where a Daikin Altherma heat pump earns its keep, and the £7,500 government grant helps. We hold both Gas Safe and F-Gas registration, so we quote a new boiler and a heat pump off the same survey. Try the heat pump vs boiler calculator for a first indication.
Same-day where the diary allows, and the 24/7 emergency line covers nights and weekends for no-heat and no-hot-water calls. We're based in Hanworth, a short run to TW9 and TW10. Call 07989 809480 if it's urgent.
