Yes. Lots of TW1/TW2 stock is rental, and we issue CP12 landlord Gas Safety Records routinely, often combined with the annual service on the same visit to save a second callout. Paperwork emailed to you the same day. From £90 + VAT for a single-appliance property.

We'll be straight with you. If the boiler is under about 10 years old and the repair is economical, we fix it. If it's older, inefficient, and the parts are getting scarce (common with back-boilers and older Potterton/Glow-worm units in Twickenham period homes), a replacement usually pays back through lower bills and fewer callouts.
